Chairman and Members of the Planning Commission,
I am sorry I will be unable to attend tonight's meeting to express the full support of Residents for Quality Neighborhoods
(RQN) for the modifications recommended to be made to the Conditional Use Permit for Alpha Epsilon Pi.
The recommended modifications reflect the changes that have been made to our Municipal Code, clarify issues relating to
noise, specify when a Special Event Permit is required, and establish standards and review requirements that will assist
Alpha Epsilon Pi in being a good neighbor to adjacent residents as well as to those in the surrounding area.
We strongly recommend approval of this recommendation.
