1. CALL TO ORDER
A SPECIAL Meeting of the San Luis Obispo Active Transportation Committee
was called to order on October 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Hearing
Room at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Chair Otto.

3. BUSINES ITEMS
3.a PRADO ROAD INTERCHANGE - VALUE ANALYSIS PHASE UPDATE

The committee supports an elevated, two-way, multi-use path on the south
side of the Prado roadway, through the entire length of the project.
Ayes (6): Member Amos, Member Brooks, Member Coari, Member Levin,
Member Mills, and Chair Otto
CARRIED (6 to 0)

The committee supports a one-way bike lane on each side of the roadway,
throughout the entire length of the project.

The committee prefers the use of Class IV, grade-separated bike lanes.

4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:59 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the Active
Transportation Committee is scheduled for November 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in
the Council Hearing Room at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
