Hi Miguel and James,
Miguel, the GRAD-0914-2024 plans reference "Improvements per separate public improvement plans." The GRAD
plans also reference Utility Note 25 on Sheet 4, "Remove and replace existing 4" tertiary water main with 8" class 350
ductile iron recycled water main per separate PIP plans."
The East Airport Annexation PIPs, FMAP-0642-2021, do not show an 8" recycled water main. What does 4805
Morabito need to do for their project? I'm not sure what they're conditioned to do and if they have approved plans that
show the work they need to do.

perform the RW replacement.
