A RESO;TTTION OF CONSENT
FOR THE HOTTSING ATTmHORITY OF THE COTTITTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
TO OF'-PRATE IN THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the County of San Luis Obisq
has been duly authorized to exercise its powers under the Housing
Authorities Later of the State of California and desires.to operate
in the City of San Luis Obispo and
WHEREAS, a housing authority has not been authorized to
transact business in the City of San Luis Obispo ; and
tMEREAS, Section 3(f) of the Housing Authorities Law.of

the State of California prohibits the Housing Authority of the
County of San Luis Obispo to operate in any city located in
the County for which a local authority has not been authorized
to transact business unless the consent of the governing body of
such City shall have been obtained;
