As discussed at the front counter this morning with Sean (Building plans examiner) & Steve Sheats (Code
Enforcement) that this permit is ready to issue for the altered fence with the following additional information;
1. Show how the construction of the lowered fence will be accomplished showing the connection from the wood
post to fence.
a. Call out the pipe clamps to chain link fence
b. Wood post to lattice.
2. T-post to post to fence.
a. Call out the connection from T-post to chain link fence
b. Call out the approximate angle of post
c. Approximate depth of burial of T-post (approximate) Basically if you call out a 8’ T-Post the inspector
should be able to measure a 6’ t-post above grade.

Hi Greg,
Thanks for this. I’m trying to do some more follow up for a neighbor that is expressing concerns over the water tanks
on the property. Satellite imagery shows they were installed somewhere between June of 2017 and September of
2018.
Is this something the County would have required a permit for? It seems this happened right before the annexation
into the City.
