10/22/2025: Visited property with Steve
Sheats. Spoke with reporting party. He signed
a consent to inspect form. Once we were
inside, we took photos of the inside of the
property. Observed stored items, new
framing for a bathroom, a doorway entry, a
staircase to a second floor, and a bed with
resident occupying it. We exchanged contact
information with reporting party.
