Subject:Arrest Records & Bodyworn Camera Footage - Open Records Request
Hello,
Hope you are well. Under the applicable open records law of the respective state, I am requesting the
arrest report, 911 call audio, all bodyworn camera footage and dashcam footage of the primary and
secondary arresting officer. Also any interview room, security, surveillance, or investigation footage that
may exist related to the incident. (Understanding this is less common) if available.
The case details are as follows.
Arrestee Name: Elijah Alexander King
Date of Arrest: October 24, 2025 at approximately 1:30 p.m.
Charges involved: Threats and false information regarding fire and explosives; threats by interstate
communication; false information and hoaxes
It would be great to receive the records over any digital platforms (email, dropbox, sharepoint etc.)
If this case is not closed, I kindly ask that you please respond to this request with the responsive records
until after they are legally releasable. Please let me know if there are any fees associated with the
request before proceeding. This is not a commercial request and this request is not associated with any
legal proceedings.
