Broken exercise equipment. Lots of shade and a scenic pathway. Maintained and overall in good condition. Some safety concerns with the transient community. Primarily used for historic tours and weddings. Some items received a rating of 1, a barbeque with a hole in the bottom, broken picnic tables, and a crushed trash can. Most amenities and recreation space are clean, maintained and safe for public use. Parking lot has rating of 2 because of alligatoring in asphalt Water fountain near the baseball/softball field is not ADA compliant and in poor condition Park furniture is over all in good condition  Saftey is compromised by a strong presence of transient community 23 benches throughout the the park. Some benches along creek pathway need to be painted and others are falling apart.  Public restroom in great condition Several trash cans, including waste and recycling located throughout the park. Some in poor condition and needed new top pieces Large presence of transient comminity which can influence safety Horseshoe court is not well maintained but still utilized by community members Playground for children ages 5-12 well maintained Sport facilites are in good condition with stadium lights 2 play structures that were remodeled in 2017 13 benches, 4 bleachers, 17 picnic tables are all in moderate condition. 5 barbeques all in goood condition Drinking fountain rated (2) Child lot is being affected by the tree that is damaging the fence. Posts and platforms are not plumb or level anymore. Slight decay in some areas of the fence. Fence on the side leaning over towards adjacent house. The fencing is ours and it sits on a wood retaining wall (also ours). The tree roots will have to be trimmed (tree probably removed) to make the repairs (replacement) of the retaining wall and fence. No designated recycling bins. Recycled water is used so it is not potable. The basketball court doesn't have lighting. No restroom or barbeques. Overall in good condition in regards to amenities and space Some lighting around the facility, parking lot, and the playground area but not on the other side of the park. Safety concern due to a prominent transient community, specifically around the parks offices building. Lacks a main park entrance sign that is visible to the public and does not have graffiti all over. One free standing basketball hoop with two nets that could use some maintenance. Asphalt is very cracked with uneven pavement.  No lighting near basketball courts. A lot of missing pieces to some of the equipment at the adult fitness area. Old remnants of some concrete court that is no longer functional on the Pismo side of the park. No public bathrooms. No recycling bins. Lots of amenities available and in good condition, including a community garden, basketball courts and a play structure. A lot of chipped and faded lines and some uneven pavements allowing for a potential tripping hazard. Some safety concerns with the transient communty. Lots of lighting, except the basketball courts. Not well shaded and can use some landscaping Picnic tables in poor condition with some being repalced. Sport ameninites and park signs in good conditon. Potential safety concern with a large, dark shaded area, sloped areas and uneven pavement of the pathway that is non-ADA. Courts/recreation areas in good condition but basketball court does not have lighting. Storage facility has a large hole that has been requested for maintenance. No recylcing bins. Only one water fountain. Overall in good shape Limited lighting. Improve concrete trail, signs, benches and parking. Lots of amenities available including a barbeque area, bike path, public restrooms, and plenty of outdoor activity features. Broken/leaking drinking fountain and two damaged trash cans rated a 1. More bike racks and lighting needed Recreation amenities and open space in good condition. Some safety concerns with the transient community and limited lighting. Lots of amenities, including a public restroom, 2 play structures and plenty of open space. Limited lighting. Majority of park is natural and landscaped ares. Two areas including a creek walk and a mini park Mini park has one picnic table and one trash can and approx. 700 sq.?ft of turf surrounded by small planting area Paved trail connects the two access points of the park. Several parts of the trail need maintenance. Trail has set of stairs leading to tunnel to cross underneath railroad. 5 wooden benches made of compressed wood. 3 trash cans and no place for recycling. One of the trash cans had incorect sized bin. 1 Mutt Mitt station in exxcellent condition. Amenities within the park were all rated 3 1 metal bench, great condition 1 Mutt Mitt dispenser which is dented but functional 2 sighns, one distinguishes a fire lane and the other is unidentifiable Sparsley vegetated natural area Park composed of large grassy area, natural area, and hardscaped asphalt walking path through park. 2 picnic tables, 4 benches (not ADA accessible, 1 Mutt Mitt and 1 trash can. No water fountian All features recieved rating of 3 No park ID feature or any park rule signs No lights within park 1 trash can, 2 picnic tables, and 2 benches Recieved rating of 2 or 3 Park is well landscaped along the entrance and perimeter. Removable sign at entrance of park stating "Permitted Play Only" Multiple signs in the park that seve as rules and regulations. 4 muilti-use soccer fields in great conditions made of turf. Track along the perimeter. Several benches located around perimeter of the park but no picnic tables. One public restroom with a few stalls for each male and femaile. 3 additional structures that include 1 concession stand and 2 maintenance/equipment facilty. 1 water fountain at entrance of park wich is ADA accessible. Multiple trashcans, few recycling bins. Some trashcans have rusty top rim pieces, one is missing a chunk of cement near metal rim 40 plots in garden for city residents to lease Well maintained lawns and historic buildings 1 barbeque, multible trash can storage area, 10 wooden benches and a paved trail that goes from the main house to the barn. All amenities in great condition and have a 3 rating Has garden plots for community members to rent 27 acre, 10-hole golf course Include a pro-shop with kitchen, an ADA compliant bahtroom, cart storage, an outhouse, a maintance buildings, a netted driving green, a picnic area, and 10 hole golf course. Continuous issue is replacing dying redwood trees due to the water used to irrigage. Dead trees are removed and replaced with Cyprus trees Irrigation system is over 50 years old No path for golfcarts and currently they drive over the greens Parking lot has rating of 2 because of alligatoring in the asphalt Minimal amount of shade 1 wood park identification sign that is slightly deteorating. 1 full sixe youth basball softball field. Turfarea Field has bleachers, a water fountain, and dugouts. Water fountain in poor condition. 2 full sized sand volleyball courts with lighting in good condition. 1 full sized basketball court 1 horseshoe court in good condition with a few benches. Play structure near main building. One for tots and one for children Several picnic tables and trash cans throughout park. 1 main picnic table area with a small barbeque pit, Majority of park furniture is metal.  1 public restroom with one male and female stall with water fountian located outside Few mutt mitts around entrances to park All park furniture is in good condition Good daily maintance to the stadium Dug outs in fairly good condition. Water fountains in dug-out need to be replaced in future.  Barbeques are in good condition by over-hang area needs maintenance Sone side board panels along edge of field is falling apart or chipping. Material lang fncing blocks the views from the outside and is ripping and has many holes Stadium seats are old and oudated with saftey concernces. Lack of protection around the railing of the seats which allows potential of children to fall.
