1. If metered service is to be used for landscape, an approved backflow device must be installed per approved plan and City
standard prior to the meter set.
2. A minimum of 48 hours prior notification is required for all inspection/installation requests. Call Public Works Inspection at
805-781-7554 to schedule.
3. An encroachment permit is required for any work performed in the public right-of way.
4. At time of meter installation, a water and sewer billing account will be established using customer information shown above. An
account set-up will be assessed at that time and sewer and water use charges will commence.
