Subject:Mill Street Traffic Calmer Mtg 1/15/26
The “Traffic Calmer” on Mill Street is extremely dangerous and was not set up in a safe manner. I am a
resident on Toro/Mill and an avid walker. I no longer feel safe crossing Toro Street at this intersection due
to the amount of people who now run the Stop sign and the speeding City Busses and cars who are very
confused in traffic flow. A better solution to slow traffic on Mill and create a safer intersection would be a
4-way Stop like Mill/Johnson. Please consider our quiet neighborhood to putting in a 4-way Stop sign to
make it safer for pedestrians and bicycles. I no longer feel safe at this intersection and many neighbors
feel the same.
