I live on the corner of Toro and Mill.
My opinion is that the intersection should have a roundabout with all four directions having to yield as is
typical of a roundabout. Obvious signage indicating the rules needs to be included.
In general, drivers seem to understand roundabout rules oppose to traffic circle rules where two of the
directions have a stop and the other two don’t.
This traffic circle has been confusing for drivers and hence unsafe.
