RECOMMENDATION : Adopt a resolution adjusting the salary of the City Attorne y
pursuant to the City's Appointed Officials Evaluation and Management Pay fo r

BI .DOWNTOWN COORDINATED TRANSIT CENTER STUDY REVIEW AN D
COMMENT .(WALTER/WEBSTER/BOCHUM — 1 HOUR )
RECOMMENDATION : 1) Receive a status report regarding the fina l
recommendations from the Downtown Coordinated Transit Center study conducted b y
the San Luis Obispo Council Of Governments (SLOCOG). 2) Review staff
conclusions regarding project alternatives and provide comments on any issues tha t
should be forwarded on to SLOCOG for consideration . 3) Direct staff to continue t o
work with SLOCOG and San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority (SLORTA) t o
move the project forward soliciting grants for environmental review and other projec t
development work .
PHI .REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2011 ANNUAL REPORT ON TH E
