However,as a general rule,action will not be taken on issues not listed on the agenda. Instead, staff will usually be asked to follow-up on such items. Immediately following roll call, members of the public may address the City Council on items that DO NOT appear on the printed agenda. A speaker form (BLUE SLIP -available in the Foyer or from the City Clerk) must be Oiled with the City Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting. Please give your name and address at the podium and limit your remarks to three minutes. Consideration of the final administrative draft of the Circulation Element for purposes of initiating environmental review (continued from 2/24/92, 3/9/92, and 4/28/92). (Final Administrative Draft of the Circulation Element Update, dated 4/92, previously distributed.) Page 1 of 2 Council Agenda May 11, 1992 RECOMMENDATION: Review administrative draft, make amendments as appropriate, and, by motion, accept the draft Circulation Element as recommended.
