CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certifr that the interest in real property conveyed by the Grant Deed dated November 1 o,
2025, from TH Avila Ranch, LLC, a California limited liability company to the City of San Luis
Obispo, a California charter city, is hereby accepted by order of the San Luis Obispo City Council
on November 4, 2025, and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized
officer.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That certain real property situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of Califomia described as follows:
Lot 30, as shown on the Subdivision Map of Tract Map No. 3089 Phase 1, filed for Record in
Book 41 of Maps at Pages 48 through 62, inclusive, in the Office of the County Recorder,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California.
Excepting therefrom that portion of Lot 30 lying easterly, southerly and westerly of the line
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Lot 30, said point being South 88o38'54" East a
distance of 101.14 feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 30, said point being the
beginning of a curve having a radius of 108.00 feet, the radial bearing being North 78o43'31"
East; thence,
Leaving said south line and Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 23"48'36"
anarc distance of 44.88 feet to a reverse curve having a radius of 31.50 feet, the radial bearing
