Subject:Parks and Recreation - Emerson Park
To the Parks and Recreation Commission:
I agree with neighbors of Emerson Park that this green space is important to maintain as density continues to
increase in the downtown.
Laguna Lake Park is the appropriate place for people to take their dogs to run and play and bark, as the City
recognized when it spent some pretty big bucks to make recent improvements there.
Please do not put dogs over children when considering converting Emerson Park’s open playground.
