Re: Agreement of Sharing Cost of Electrical Facilities on State Highways
Revised Exhibit “A”
Dear Mr. Schwartz,
Attached for your review and approval is an amendment to the Exhibit
“A” of the shared Electrical Agreement with the City of San Luis Obispo
and the California Department of Transportation dated, April 18, 2022.
This amendment includes the addition of the traffic signals and lighting
located at Los Osos Valley Road and Calle Joaquin and Grand Avenue
and the northbound off ramp. It also removes all references to the
relinquished 227 assets. Please replace the attached Exhibit “A” to your
original copy of the Agreement dated, January 1, 1993.
If you agree with these changes, please acknowledge your
concurrence by returning a signed copy of this letter to the attention of
Jake Hyde at the above referenced address or via email below.
