Laguna Lake golf course is a local treasure that should be nourished, not paved over with concrete. It would be a horrible idea to lose LLGC for another housing development. LLGC allows SLO residents like my 90 year old father to play and not have to take a cart. It allows my kids to be able to learn the game of golf that will serve them over their lifetime in many ways. I wish I had a course like LLGC when I was young. Those who don't play, don't understand golf is a great teacher. There's no one but you controlling how you play and how you respond to your play. It teaches honesty and patience, and promotes fellowship with your playing partners. If we lose this course, you will be harming 100s or 1000s of your local constituents for years to come. Tom Paine PS - The traffic on LOVR is already awful. Adding a housing development at that location will make it ridiculous. Love each moment. 1
