I am not a golfer, but I very much appreciate what the golf course offers to the community. - The green space on LOVR, it is always a highlight to me, to see all that green surrounded by the city. - The opportunity of new golfers to learn the sport in a low pressure environment. - The ability of local schools to hold practice rounds there. - The wild life that depends on the green space. But most importantly, as Joni Mitchell writes: Don't it always seem to go That you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone They paved paradise, put up a parking lot Green space is one of the things that we are proud of having in SLO, I would hate to see this go away. Thank you for your consideration of this study. Thank you for your service. John K Thomas no to housing" but instead say YES to preserving affordable and physically accessible rec activities for all ages and abilities and keeping the environmental protection that this 27 acre greenbelt provides to a growing suburban environment :-) 1 Samantha Welch -- John John K.
