I have lived in this neighborhood for many years, in fact, I live right across Emerson Park.
Emerson Park has always been a beautiful sight and a quiet spot to walk or sit down and enjoy the area. The proposed
dog park just can not happen. It will be a disturbance for the neighborhood, dog waste left behind and with time, it will be
out of control.
My wife and I walk on the sidewalks around the park or inside the park, and many times we have to move to one side or
stop, to make room for the dog and owner to move through,- lack of courtesy-
Pismo is a busy traffic street. The proposed project will impact the safety and increase noise in the neighborhood.
I love dogs, but:
DEFINITELY, NO TO THE PROPOSED DOG PARK !
