Subject:Please DON'T close Laguna lake golf course!!!
Dear council members,
Please do not close the Laguna lake golf course! I understand that there's a need for housing, and I
expect that this may be an avenue, but I really do feel removing the golf course would take away more
from the community than it would give. It is a wealth of children and youth programming. That is so
helpful and uplifting to this community, especially on the side of San Luis Obispo that may encounter
lower socioeconomic families. This provides a low cost way of allowing youth and residents to
participate in something so engaging and fulfilling. Thank you for your consideration, and please don't
close this course!
