Bryce Lloyd ITEM NO. 7-77 - Use Permit request for Home Occupation (handyman), William Lloyd, applicant, 1255 Orcutt Road, Space B-11, M Zone. Mr. William Bryce Lloyd, applicant was present and briefly stated the intent of his request. Mr. Bruce stated staff had received a telephone call from Mr. Charles Ebnet, manager of the Mobile Home Park, site of request, stating he supports request if no work or storage takes place on site except on applicant's truck. On motion by Mr. Bruce seconded by Mr. Hird and unanimously carried, use permit was approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Permitted use shall be incidental to residential use. 2. No activities shall take place on site and any storage or equipment shall be within applicant's vehicle. 3. No vehicle larger than a 3/4 ton truck shall be used in connection with home occupation. Provision shall be made for off-street parking of such vehicle. 4. No signs shall be permitted on the premises. 5. Any advertising shall be by telephone number or post office box, not residence address. 6. Use Permit shall be subject to review, modification or revocation, if any complaint is received. 7. Use shall not interfere with the peace, quiet and enjoyment of the neighborhood.
