Subject:Rental Registry
As landlords of a rental home in San Luis Obispo, we oppose the idea of creating a rental
registry. We are already responsible landlords who have invested tens of thousands of dollars
into ongoing maintenance and repairs of our property. If you want to create a mechanism for
tenants to report problems with landlords, we're fine with that. But a rental registry just
creates another level of bureaucracy for us to navigate, as well as additional fees.
