After review of the case, the District Attorney's Office filed two felony counts of Gross Vehicular Manslaughter lPenal Code rgz(CXr)] against Daniel Saligan Patricio, a24-yeaeold male resident of San Luis Obispo, and obtained a warrant for his arrest. On February 2T,2o2g atapproximately r:r5pm, San Luis Obispo Police Department Detectives contacted Saligan Patricio at his place of employment and arrested him without incident.
