Dear Commissioners,
I am a resident who lives on Pismo Street, between Beach and Carmel, very near Emerson Park.
I do not support renovating the park to include a canine recreational area.
I just yesterday saw the posted notice that an effort is being made to stop the construction of a dog park. I
would be in favor of stopping this because it is important that current full grass area be used by people for
playing soccer, frisbee soccer, small league football practices.
People already use the park when it is available for exercising their dogs which is appropriate.
Please retain the present configuation
of Emerson Park.
