hi all:
I am so encouraged that you have decided to pursue option 3 for a mandatory rental registry for SLO
City. I think it will be a fruitful process.
I understand that even perfectly functioning markets will not always yield the most common good, but
helping to eliminate the information-based power imbalance favoring landlords in our current housing
market is a good place to start--the rental registry can push that goal forward.
