On arrival T-2 found the RP outside reporting a broken pipe flooding the 1st floor. T-2 noted 1-2 inches of standing water across the room with water spraying from the kitchen area. T-2 located the supply valve and turned the water off. T-2 squeegeed and boomed the water out the front door. The RP was unable to make contact with management. T-2 noted dispatch was also unable to contact management. T-2 advised the RP to continue to try and contact management and also reach out to his renters insurance to obtain a salvage company. T-2 completed the assignment and turned the incident over to the RP.
