The first inspection was conducted on April 29, 2025. The property owner was given a verbal warning to remove the items stored in her driveway and front yard. This matter needed to be
addressed by the following Friday, May 2, 2025, as a follow-up inspection was scheduled for that day.
On Friday, May 2nd, I returned to the property and spoke with Barry Rands. He informed me that they received the warning and attempted to address the issue, but more items had arrived.
He expressed that it would be "impossible" for his wife to keep the area clean and free of visible items due to her personal issues. He also mentioned that he had contacted APS himself
to address the situation.
I explained that I could only address the outside of the property and could only act on items visible from the public right of way. I informed him that a Notice of Violation/Notice to
Comply (NOV/NTC) would be issued, and if the issue was not corrected, a citation would follow. He expressed to me that a notice should be sent in hopes that it would help address the
situation that his wife has created. I further clarified the area needed to remain free from items to avoid receiving additional citations.

Gogov requests 10785 regarding a yard parking code violation. Code enforcement observed a truck parked in an unapproved space to the right of the driveway. The occupant was contacted,
and the issue was explained in detail. After receiving clarification, the vehicle was moved.
Later that day, the occupant, Jack Harris, called seeking more information about the specific code violation. He was called back with in hours of receiving the message on the general
code hotline. During the call, it was explained to him that the code violation was not a proactive assessment but rather the result of an anonymous request.
He was also informed about the option to file a Request for a Director's Review if he believed the request was inappropriate and that he should be allowed to park in the area identified
in the Gogov request.
The following day, Mr. Harris made a second call, and information outlining the nature of the violation was sent to him via email. At his request, a case is being opened.
