I am requesting access to records in possession or control of the City of San Luis Obispo for the
purposes of inspection and copying pursuant to the California Public Records Act, California
Government Code § 6250 et seq. ("CPRA"), and Article I, § 3(b) of the California Constitution.
The specific records I seek to inspect and copy are listed below.
I respectfully request copies of:
1.) Any record that lists locations of all CCTV cameras owned/operated by the City of San
Luis Obispo/Police Department in public spaces as of this request.
2.) Any current written City of San Luis Obispo/Police Department policies and procedures
related to the operation, maintenance, and/or data storage of above CCTV cameras in
public spaces.
