Subject:Opposition to Proposed Rental Registry
Dear City Council Members,
As someone who raised my family in San Luis, and has owned two houses--one currently for more than
25 years, I am opposed to the new rental registry. I am a responsible owner who, after living in my house
for many years, now rents it because work took me out of the area. I take excellent care of my property,
and do not want to be penalized with a fee and additional regulation because others do not. Can you
please enforce the tools that already exist, rather than create new ones? Thank you for listening.
