Engine 4 arrived first and found the recycling dumpster fully involved with fire. Engine 4 extinguished the fire. Truck 1 was then released. E4 could hear the fire alarm sounding inside the main offices and made entry to silence and reset the alarm. The heat and smoke had set off the elevator heat alarm and the duct smoke alarm. PD made contact with a witness who stated that there was no one that was near the fire when it was free burning.
