Meetings and Communications All records reflecting, referencing, or related to meetings between Mayor Erica Stewart and representatives of California Polytechnic State University, including but not limited to Courtney Kienow, from January 1, 2024 to present. This includes:  Calendars, calendar entries, and scheduling records  Emails, text messages, and messages sent via any platform  Meeting invitations and confirmations  Notes, summaries, agendas, or follow-up communications  Any attachments associated with the above 2. Informal or Unrecorded Meetings Any records describing or referencing meetings held outside or inside of City facilities, including but not limited to meetings at locations such as coffee shops or campus locations (e.g., Scout Coffee), including:  Communications arranging such meetings  Communications summarizing or referencing what was discussed  Any notes, whether formal or informal 3. Policy Discussions All communications between Mayor Erica Stewart and Courtney Kienow or any other Cal Poly representatives relating to:  Fraternity or sorority housing  Conditional Use Permits (CUPs)  Overlay zones  “Greek Row” or zoning proposals  Neighborhood impacts or student behavior 4. Devices and Accounts 1 This request includes records on:  City-issued devices and accounts  Personal devices or accounts used to conduct public business 5. Retention / Destruction If any responsive records have been deleted, destroyed, or are otherwise unavailable, please provide:  The date of deletion  The applicable records retention policy  Any metadata or logs reflecting the existence of such records I request that records be provided in electronic format. If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial and identify all responsive records being withheld.
