Hotline: RP states the building is buckling, there is mold, rats and termites.
Reason Closed
Checked historical evidence of the building. A similar complain was filed in 2017. Pictures were taken and an
inspection by Code enforcement officer and building official was conducted at the time. Structural integrity was not
compromised. Supervisor and I compared pictures taken at the time and ones that I took on 2/6/24. No change
detected in the structural integrity of the building. No further incident.
