Allen's Pest Control, who has set up some traps on the unit's perimeter to get this under control. No issues have been reported to the property management by the tenants themselves. Moreover, the vegetation has been trimmed back as an extra precaution to help alleviate this issue. • Termite problem has been spot-treated as the termite arise. The Prop Mgt had entire complex inspected, and tenting is recommended due to the age of the building, but it is not required. An estimate was presented to the owner and is awaiting their approval. However, Prop Mgt will continue to spot-treat as issues arise for the time being. • In regards to the structural integrity observation of the building, I have been in contact with Steve Laputz. He's one of the contractors who's been helping with this ongoing issue. Prop Mgt needs more time to resolve this issue.
