Dear Chair Kasprzak and Committee members,
Thank you for your consideration of SLO Noor Foundation for a $10,000.00 grant in your 2026-27 Human
Services Grant process.
As SLO Noor enters our 15th year of serving the adult uninsured and underinsured members of our
community, this grant amount will allow us to continue our services.
SLO Noor now has a brick and mortar medical and dental clinic, along with a MHU that allows us
to serve our clients where they are, if they cannot access the actual clinic.
Your grant would be greatly appreciated and used wisely to continue our mission to the community.
