Dear City Clerk:
I am requesting assistance accessing public records related to the Planning Commission and
Architectural Review Commission (ARC) reviews of Tract 2428 (Margarita Area / Tank Farm Road project),
which was subsequently approved by the City Council on April 15, 2014 under Resolution No. 10514
(2014 Series).
I have attempted to locate the relevant agendas and staff reports through the City’s online archive;
however, I am unable to locate the direct document links without a bunch of ???? in boxes when I try
looking for older reports.
Specifically, can you direct me as to where I could find on the city website:
• Planning Commission and ARC meeting agendas, minutes, and staff reports for meetings held between
approximately November 2013 and February 2014 where Tract 2428 was being reviewed.
If possible, I am looking for:
• Direct links to the documents, or
• PDF copies of the relevant materials
