Good morning,
My name is Jim Scafide and I am an attorney located in Santa Barbara. My client is a member of the group that is leasing
the Fremont Theater. As you might imagine, my client was surprised to learn that the owner of the building was notified
by the City of San Luis Obispo that the theater was having structural problems many months ago. I am wondering
whether it would be possible to get copies of all communications between the City and any person or persons
associated with the Theater for two years. Please advise as to how I should request these documents, and to whom I
should address my inquiry.
