Hi, I hope you are doing well.
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for fulfilling my previous request for purchase order data sent. The
information you provided was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated.
I am now writing to request an update to that data, covering the period from Feb 2, 2026, to the present. I would be
grateful if the updated data could be provided in the same format as before, as it greatly aids in maintaining consistency
for analysis.
To summarize, I am requesting data on all contracts and purchase orders issued by the City from Feb 2, 2026, to the
present. Ideally, the data would include the following information:
• Purchase order number (or similar identifier)
• Purchase date
• End date of the purchase order (if available)
• Detailed description of the purchase made (including descriptions for each line item, if applicable)
• Line-item quantity
• Line-item price
• Vendor name
If possible, I kindly request the data to be provided in Excel or .csv format, exported from your existing procurement
database.
To be clear, it is not my intention to submit a burdensome request. I am not asking for the creation of new records or for
original purchase documents—only for existing data from your agency’s procurement record-keeping system.
