Appeal Decisions and Findings All records from January 1, 2024 to present relating to appeals of Code Enforcement notices of violation, citations, or other notifications involving alleged fraternity or sorority events, including:  Hearing officer decisions, rulings, or determinations  Written findings, summaries, or conclusions  Any documents reflecting the basis for dismissing or upholding violations 2. Evidence Considered in Appeals For the same matters, records reflecting the evidence submitted or considered, including:  References to or copies of: o DoorList postings o social media posts o police reports o witness statements  Any documents describing why particular evidence (e.g., DoorList posts) was deemed sufficient or insufficient 3. Communications Regarding Appeals All communications (including emails) between:  Code Enforcement staff  the hearing officer  City Attorney’s Office  and/or Police Department personnel concerning:  appeals of fraternity-related violations  evidentiary standards used in those appeals  determinations that violations were “unfounded,” "unable to verify," or not proven 4. Logs or Lists of Appeals 1 Any logs, spreadsheets, or summaries identifying:  appealed notices of violation  addresses involved  outcomes (e.g., upheld, dismissed, withdrawn) If any records are withheld, please provide the specific statutory basis for each withholding and produce all reasonably segregable portions.
