WHEREAS, Declarant is the owner of that ce a' r I property located in the City of San Luis

and a portion of Lot 8, as shown in the Pha 4 Co d m' i m I or Avivo, of Tract No. 2707 as per

recorded on November 2 , 2 as In r ent No. 2015060112 in the Office of said County Recorder.
WHEREAS, III th Declaration provides that Declarant may, without the approval of
