As you know, CSUs come in all shapes and sizes: commuter versus destination campuses, and vary greatly in enrollment. We have the largest housing program in the CSU with active plans to grow by thousands more. No CSU that we know of receive state funds other than the campuses that recently received affordable housing grants. We have our housing financial grant program to reduce the cost of rent for students based on income. The percentage of students that live on campus is all over the place ..... we are the highest percentage for sure. Most CSUs are commuter campuses and draw on many more local students who live at home. Thank you Thank you That makes sense. You know I believe we're going to get to outcomes that make more sense for all - we're on that track and working together to that end. I'll figure out what happened with FSL staff not being there. That is definitely not what the plan was or ideal in this moment. Legal counsel has been clear that these individual/organizational challenges need to be handled between the orgs and city. We wouldn't speak even if there but being present at the meeting was intended to communicate to all that were partners in this - to the fraternities and to the city. That really is disappointing. Cal poly Leadership is back before you this coming week for our annual update. While the intent is to do the typical enrollment and housing updates, Terrance is planing to also bring in saint patrick's day, working with the city on the neighborhood issues and year around operations. I have hearc my other community members. Cal Poly has provided updates to some of these questions through the years. However, it could be helpful to have everything answered all in one space. There are some things about the current master plan that do not seem to be relevant anymore and people are still holding on to the older items in the current master plan. Cal Poly's accountability seems a little wiggly without an updated plan. Will you be sharing about a timeline to create a new master plan for update the current master plan in the future?
