Plaintiff City of San Luis Obispo,and People of the State of California ("Plaintiff")and
2 LC Lenders,LLC ("Defendant")hereby agree and stipulate as follows:
RECITALS
WHEREAS,on October 16,2025 Plaintiff filed its Complaint alleging 4 causes of action
5 against Defendant.
WHEREAS,on January 15,2026 Plaintiff entered default as to Defendant.
WHEREAS,Parties have agreed to set aside said default,thereby allowing Defendant to
8 answer the Complaint.
AGREEMENT
1.The parties therefore stipulate and agree that the default of LC Lenders,LLC entered
January 15,2026 shall be set aside.
2.Further,LC Lenders,LLC shall file its Answer to the Complaint no later than seven days
after the Court allows the default to be set aside.
