(Continued from 8/10/93.) ♦ RECOMMENDATION: 1) Receive report regarding the findings of the Draft Environmental Impact Report Supplement which evaluates additional land use alternatives identified by the Council in August, 1993; and, 2) direct staff and the Planning Commission to consider the included alternatives in further processing of the Land Use Element Update.
