Subject:Offset program
Hello Council,
I have been a developer in San Luis Obispo for 20 years and I would greatly appreciate ending the
Offset program. I understand why it was started but I think it is just another obstacle to building homes in
SLO. Requiring it to be done on sale of property is more reasonable and doesn't create another burden on
developers.
