Subject:Point of Sale Sewer Lateral Requirement
Hello,
This email serves as my voice in opposition of the proposed Point of Sale Sewer Lateral
Requirement.
While I understand the importance and support the goal of fully functional sewer
laterals, I foresee the point of sale requirement as a hardship to property owners. This
policy would directly impact escrows, having an effect on the timelines and costs for
buyers and sellers that ultimately effects affordability.
I encourage the City Council to pursue an alternative solution.
