My name is Sabine S Perucca and I am the legally married spouse of Brent Michael
Perucca.
I am formally requesting any and all videos/body cam videos and car videos including
any and all phone calls and recordings for the incarceration and death of my husband
Brent Michael Perucca (DATE OF BIRTH 08/04/1965) during the period of May 23rd -
May 26th 2025. (Date of death 05/25/2025)
This will include the following:
Any and All videos/body cam videos/car dash videos and any and all other recodings of
first contact between SLO PD OFFICERS and Brent in his car on the 23rd of May 2025
in local SLO motel parking lot.
ANY and ALL videos/body cam videos/ car dash board videos and any other recordings
of the arrest of Brent Michael Perucca on May 23rd 2026 by SLOPD.
Any and all car dash videos as well as any and all body cam videos and any and all
other recodings during the car ride from the arrest point to Sierra Vista Hospital on the
23rd of May 2025 by SLOPD.
Any and all Body cam videos and any and all videos as well as any and all other
recodings of the hospital visit (Sierra Vista) and exam on the 23rd of May 2025 of Brent
Michael Perucca by SLOPD.
Any and all car videos as well as any and all body cam videos and any and all other
recordings during the car ride from Sierra Vista Hospital to the County Jail on the 23rd
of May 2025 of Brent Michael Perucca by SLOPD.
Any and all body cam videos/any and all dashboard videos and any and all other videos
of the arrival of Brent Michael Perucca at the San Luis Obispo County Jail on the 23rd
of May 2025. Any and all body cam videos, dashboard cam videos, and any and all
other videos and recordings during the hand over of Brent Michael Perucca from
SLOPD to SLO SHERIFF DEP.
