Note: Annual fire sprinkler system inspection conducted on 08/20/2024, License No. 761360. Title 19

Note: Nozzle coverage for commercial cooking appliances (i.e. char broiler and kitchen fryers) do not
appear to be properly spaced due to possible relocation of cooking appliances on the cook line.
Business owner is directed to address this item, if needed contact a licensed fire protection
contractor for further evaluation of nozzle coverage.
