Inspection Notes:SLO Fire Department performed an Annual Fire and Life Safety Inspection at 996 Chorro Street on
03/03/2026 at 10:18 AM.
The Fire Alarm was last serviced by Smith Alarm & Electronics, License No. (C-10 937375) on
01/16/2026 and is compliant in The Compliance Engine online (see attached report).
The Fire Sprinkler System was last serviced by Alpha Fire Unlimited, License No. (C-16 761360) on
09/15/2025 and is compliant in The Compliance Engine online (see attached title 19 report).
Note: The Fire Sprinkler Riser is located in building 984 Chorro Street. Access through 854 Monterey
Street to visually inspect the fire sprinkler riser (located in building 984 Chorro Street). The Fire
Sprinkler report is listed under (840-888 Monterey Street in The Compliance Engine online).
The property is well-maintained. There are no violations at this time.
Note: Please continue to test CO and smoke detectors in each unit regularly and clear dryer vents
regularly to avoid the accumulation of combustible debris.
