I have a very succinct records request. Please provide all records associated with discussions occurring
on or around March 6, 2026, between City Manager Whitney McDonald and Cal Poly President Jeff
Armstrong and Courtney Kienow. The conversation was related to the neighborhoods and fraternities.
Include all notes, emails including attachments, text messages, calendar entries and other memoranda,
summaries or notes associated with the meeting and conversations.
