Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I request copies of any and all records related to Pacific
Gas and Electric Company’s acquisition of real property located at 120 Venture Drive, San Luis Obispo,
CA (APN 053-259-001).
This request includes, but is not limited to:
Purchase and Sale Agreements
Option agreements or letters of intent
Appraisals or valuation reports
Internal or external correspondence referencing the acquisition
Project descriptions or justifications tied to the property
Please include records from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025.
If any portion of the requested records is exempt from disclosure, please provide all reasonably
segregable non-exempt portions.
I request that all responsive records be provided in electronic format.
