Consideration of two appointments to the Promotional Coordinating Committee.
♦ RECOMMENDATION: By motion, reappoint Pati Brown to a four-year term to expire on
3/31/98, appoint Natalie Digging to a three-year term to expire 3/31/97, and thank Jesse Norris
for his many years of service.
FINAL ACTION. Appointments made, Jesse Norris thanked for years of service (5-0).

Public hearing to consider establishing Transportation Development Impact Fees to mitigate
regional, long-term cumulative traffic impacts. (Continued from 4/6/93, 4/27/93, 6/1/93 and
2/1/94.)
♦RECOMMENDATION: Introduce to print an ordinance establishing transportation development
impact fees and adopt a resolution establishing fee amounts to become effective July 1, 1994.

Public hearing to consider amendments to the Zoning Regulations to simplify processing, add
and change definitions, clarify wording and format, and make minor changes to the development
standards, City of San Luis Obispo, applicant.
♦ RECOMMENDATION: Introduce to print an ordinance amending the Zoning Regulations.

♦ RECOMMENDATION: By motion, approve a plan for implementing.the recommendations of
the Economic Strategy Task Force.
*Dunn FINAL ACTION: 1) Incorporate the top paragraph on Page 10 into the Draft Land Use Element
Public Hearing Process (3-2, PP-no, BR-no); 2) follow staff recommendation for staffing the
Economic Coordinator position (4-1, BR-no); and 3) continue discussion of the business
roundtable to 4/12/94 (5-0).
